**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support and maintain existing SSIS packages used for data integration between Microsoft CRM and other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new SSIS package development and modifications.
- Monitor ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data flow.
- Optimize SSIS packages for performance and reliability.
- Conduct testing and validation of data migrations and transformations.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members on SSIS and CRM best practices.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SSIS.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with data concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
