- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure the optimal utilization of CRM tools.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and tools.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics, proposing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in customer relationship management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of marketing and sales processes related to CRM.
- Experience in providing training and support for CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
