Provides functional and logístical assistance to support the daily operations of clinical departments. Ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Responsible for various tasks including patient reception, communication support, equipment maintenance, supply management, data handling, and staff orientation.

2. Participates in patient reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for patients.

3. Assists patients in understanding instructions from healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and patient satisfaction.

4. Provides translation services between Arabic and English for healthcare providers and recipients, facilitating effective communication.

5. Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of unit equipment and other areas related to patient care, adhering to infection control protocols.

6. Delivers and collect supplies and equipment as requested, ensuring timely and accurate distribution to clinical care areas, clinical engineering, warehouse, etc.

7. Place orders for warehouse stock items and handle special purchase requests, maintaining adequate inventory levels.

8. Maintains accurate records of supplies and equipment for inventory purposes, ensuring efficient tracking and restocking.

9. Compile requested data and statistics, generate reports, and assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes.

10. Assists clinical staff in routine duties as directed, including stocking supplies, performing limited clerical functions, and conducting minor end-user maintenance procedures as defined for the section.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree/Diploma in Hospital Administration, or other related discipline is required.

**Experience Required**:
No required experience with Bachelor’s Degree, one (1) year of related experience with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Formal training in any related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical supplies including Oracle process is preferred.
- Saudi Nationals Only.
