We are hiring for Accounts trainee/ intern under the accounting COOP training plan for our company branch location in Dammam, KSA

**What You Will Do**

Introduction and overview
- Period (1 Month): the trainee will be introduced to the company policy and procedures, ERP system, and company accounting polices.

Accounting Functions
- Period (4 months): The trainee will be exposed to the most common accounting activates
- Revieing purchasing invoices, POs, and Delivery notes and then record them accordingly in the ERP system.
- Issuing Sales invoices and follow up with concerning department for collections.
- Record monthly engineering hours and involve in the monthly adjusting entries.
- Reconcile advances paid to suppliers and record received invoices against advances.
- Recognize revenue using percentage of completion method.
- Expose to VAT return and withholding tax return preparation.

IKTVA and External Audit Engagement
- Period: (2 months): the trainee will be engaged into year-end audit and IKTIVA special audit
- Providing payroll information after reconciling with General Ledger.
- Providing fixed asset register with segregating the asset into local and export.
- Listing all purchases invoices and segregating them into local and imported goods/services, and reconciling the amounts with audited financial statements. Help team in providing auditors and tax consultants requirement for year-end audit and year-end tax filling.
