Arabic Teacher, Culture and Ministry

We are seeking a lively, dynamic teacher of Arabic, Culture and Saudi Social Studies, to join a team of hard working and well-motivated professionals who work cooperatively and imaginatively. They will use the Saudi Ministry Requirements as their framework.

We are seeking a lively, dynamic teacher of Arabic, Culture and Saudi Social Studies, to join a team of hard working and well-motivated professionals who work cooperatively and imaginatively. They will use the Saudi Ministry Requirements as their framework but will be able to extend and explore additional ideas and opportunities where suitable to develop a wider understanding of the host country and its place in the modern world. The teacher will deliver Arabic Language to cover Ministry requirements for all students ranging from non-speakers to native speakers. The teacher will deliver Saudi History, Geography and Islamic studies following and extending the Ministry Curriculum for KS3. Working under the direction and management of the Arabic Curriculum Leader, the teacher will deliver a mix of Culture and Language to KS4 and 5 with the Vision 2030 ideas as a guide to topics that are covered and used to consider the differences and similarities of Saudi Culture to others around the world.

We are specifically looking for a teacher who will contribute to the further development of our dynamic school and can add to the existing vision and already very high academic standards. Classroom practice needs to be exemplary with experience of target setting for students, and use of student data to track progress.
