Project Quality Manager

**Description**

You as a Project Quality Manager will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. An Experienced Professional applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

**Your responsibilities**
- Planning quality resources and deliverables for the project considering the project budget defined during tendering, and according with contract requirement, Preparing and participating to Project Internal and External Kick Off Meeting (KOM) to evaluating quality contractual obligations and any clarification/deviations to be discussed with the tendering and project team.
- Developing, implementing and following up the quality management system (QMS) for the project in the form of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), in addition to specific project specific quality document required and participating to Project Stage Gates when requested and support the project team in reviewing project applicable lessons Learned, implementing mitigate action plans, identifying and recording new lessons learned raised throughout the whole project execution.
- Acting as main point of contact and interface with the Customer on all Project Quality issues and driving Quality culture, Quality Assurance, Quality Control on the Project.
- Preparing and participating in the internal Project Close-out meeting supporting all project stakeholders, if needed, in recording project lessons learned and including the findings in the project close-out report and responsible for the creation and implementation of Lean vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance.
- Initiating and follow up Project Quality Audits as per Customer and Hitachi Energy requirements, supporting Customer satisfaction process (TP-NPS) for the project and keeping an overview of Cost of poor quality (COPQ), Project Budget Saving (PBS) and changes related to COPQ and ensuring that the nonconformance management process is applied in the project, according to the PQP and HE instructions. Monitor project NCR, ensure processes are known, implemented, and followed in the project (NCR, CCRP) and drive or support resolutions.
- Monitoring and preparing Project Quality KPIs (i.e., NCR, CCRP, COPQ, Lesson Learned, and T-NPS,) and relating reporting and Quality input for the Project Review Meeting and participate when requested.
- Supporting the needed quality documentation for project Critical Equipment, in the form of the minimum quality requirements that project critical equipment suppliers shall provide or comply with govern and follow up Master Test Plan (MTP) for Critical Item, updating the progress and status, receiving input from respective functions on the Inspection Test Plans (ITP) / Inspection Test Records (ITR) needed for the equipment.
- Ensuring needed Site Quality Training are performed to all new HE employees site personnel and validating Quality Document before site mobilization: i.e., Site ITPs & ITRs, processes and procedures for managing site inspections, NCR, preservation, storage and preservation of equipment at site, punch list, and documentation handover to customer and participating site handover spot checking if the handover of the final documentation to customer is performed in accordance with contractual obligations and HE processes, if Punch point lists, CCRP, NCR, TNPS, COPQ, PBS, Audit reports are recorded and closed, and if applicable Quality documentation is archived and transferred to Services whenever applicable.

**Your background**
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering field is required.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant industry is required.
- Experience in continuous improvement and lean strategy is preferred.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
