**Responsibilities and duties**:
**Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resources, and budgets required for successful project completion. ** Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives.

**Budget Control: Monitor project expenses closely to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and implement cost-saving measures where necessary. ** Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process by implementing appropriate quality control measures and conducting regular inspections.

**Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of personnel and the successful completion of the project. ** Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.

**Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel, to maximize productivity and achieve project goals. ** Contract Administration: with the collaboration with the operations manager, to support contract negotiations, change orders, and other contractual obligations to ensure compliance and mitigate disputes.

**Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant known regulations, codes, and safety standards. ** Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and correspondence, to facilitate project tracking and reporting. Accountabilities: Project must be completed with high standards on time and complies within the budget. Qualifications:
**Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Refrigeration). ** Proven experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the company operations Manager. JOB DESCRIPTION -**

**Years of Experience**: Minimum of 12 years of experience (GCC) Person Requirements:
**Dynamic and results-oriented professional with a passion for construction project management. ** Financial management skills.

**Good communication in English (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. ** Excellent business management and developmental skills.

**Leadership qualities. ** Efficient team management skills. **Ability to resolve conflicting situations. ** Computer or technical knowledge.

**Effective problem-solving skills. ** Ability to work under pressure. Communication and Interaction:
**Internal: Senior Management, Middle Management, Senior Staff, Staff ** External: Suppliers, Client

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼10.00 - ﷼35.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Industrial Equipment's or Mechanical: 5 years (preferred)
- Project Manager Experience in Saudi Arabia: 5 years (preferred)
