**Job title: Service Project Manager**

**Job description**:
**Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities**
- Assists the administration of more complex projects. Monitors and schedules the flow of materials, components, assemblies, or inventory and personnel through assigned projects. Plans the maintenance and refurbishment or purchasing of assigned parts, components, or materials to meet project schedules.
- Communicates with internal and external customer on daily basis for service execution. Works without regular direct supervision. Executes inventory carrying, usage, and planning decisions based on own research and decision-making.
- Makes assessments about supply/demand issues, recommends thorough solutions, and takes initiatives to address issues with little or no direct input from supervisors. May provide guidelines to less experienced planners and other functions in specific planning and problem-solving activities.
- Supervises supervisors in maintaining and implementing schedules within established procedures and budgets, in liaison with the Project/ Account Managers. Monitors established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and FNC reports
- Manage Resource allocation and utilization for direct and indirect reports. Maintains existing and develops relationships with clients, agents and suppliers. Visits clients as required to review operations. Promotes Customer Service focused approach to business
- Promotes strong liaison with the Technical Subject-Matter experts. Ensures that all organization activities and operations under his/her perimeter are carried out in compliance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations. Implements and adapts policies, processes and procedures Plans and forecasts human and financial resources requirements.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- 5 - 7 years field experience, 3 - 5 years project management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work under stress and demanding work environment.
- Wellhead Experience (5 years as project management - wellhead experience)
