**Project and Service Operations Manager - For Saudi Nationals, Al Khobar**

**Your Role - International, Challenging And Future-Oriented**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage project plans and budgets
- Supervise and coordinate the work of project team members
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project resources, including personnel and materials
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Develop and implement service delivery plans to meet client needs
- Monitor service delivery performance and implement improvements as necessary
- Manage service delivery resources, including personnel and materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare project and service reports for management

**Your Qualifications And Skills - Digital And Solid**
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, project management.
- 3-4 years of experience in project or service management
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Fluent in English and Arabic

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- PMP or Prince2 Certification.
- Experience in engineering industry, petrochemical, oil and gas.
