**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Resource Planner to join our award winning team in Riyad_h. _This position is responsible for_ _r_esource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives.

We envisage success in this role to include; resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives.
- Tracking and reporting on resource utilisation, analysing data and providing suggestions for resource optimisation
- Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience
- Providing project managers with ongoing resource management and related support
- Collaborating with Hiring managers to understand staffing needs and forecast future resource requirements
- Monitoring and analyzing staffing levels, identifying any gaps or surpluses, and making recommendations for adjustments based on current KEO project statuses.
- Creating and maintaining a database of staff skills, qualifications, and availability to facilitate efficient resource allocation.
- Liasing with TA and HR to assist in the utilization of current employees

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
