We would like you to join us as a Production Planner you will be involved in coordinating with various operational/inventory activities and continuously improving production efficiency to meet operational goals.

As a Production Planner you’ll be responsible for planning and scheduling outbound activities to ensure customer demands are met while optimizing the use of resources.

As part of your key responsibilities in production planning you’ll:

- Understand the profiling of the outbound orders and executing based on client priorities
- Perform regular checks to ensure timely replenish and stock allocation
- Analyse production data to identify bottlenecks or delays and propose solutions to optimize efficiency
- Actively look at the best ways of eliminating wasted time and effort and find better ways of doing things through continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Ensure that the team deliver key performance indicators, where this performance is sustained and continually improved, with focus on quality
- Ensure processes have a relevant standard operating procedure
- Develop and maintain appropriate daily, weekly and monthly reporting mechanisms to monitor, control and improve performance using visual management boards
- Monitor team absence and performance, acting where necessary

**About You**

**Essential**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations (preferably E-commerce)
- Has prior background of WMS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience of BI System
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Advance knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace

**Desirable**
- Experience of Blue Yonder
- Good Analytical Skills
- Degree Qualified
