**Your work environment at EXP**
EXP’s Entertainment and Hospitality experts are thought leaders in the theme park, hospitality and gaming, zoo, aquarium, and water park industries. Our portfolio includes projects worldwide with the biggest names in the industry. We are seeking a qualified individual to lead our Entertainment and Hospitality expansion into the Middle East region. Interested parties should be located in, or prepared to relocate to KSA where they will work with EXP Arabia Engineering Consultants in our newly established office located in Khobar. This individual will report to the Executive Director, Khalid Alsuwaiket.
**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Work alongside EXP’s Entertainment and Hospitality experts to expand EXP’s services to include clients in KSA and the surrounding region
- Act as the company representative with clients and third party specialist design consultants and contractors
- Identify, research, and qualify new clients in KSA and the surrounding region
- Identify, research and qualify RFP/ RFQ’s and upcoming projects for go/no go potential
- Assemble consultant teams as required to direct and lead response to RFP / RFQs
- Support establishment of Project Design Management Plans, Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance / Quality Control Plans, and other relevant project related documentation
- Report to senior management on the progress of all Entertainment and Hospitality business activity in KSA and Middle East region
- Perform at a ‘responsible charge’ level; meeting EXP’s design and quality levels
- Expand our KSA team with Project Manager(s) who will report to you as the Director along with other senior management
- Work with these Project Managers to manage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours
- Understand MEP/FP/ELV (low voltage) and Structural work planning and manage design process to the available hours in work plan
- Understand proper scope of MEP/FP/ELV RIBA stages 1-7 level documents - and deliver appropriate documentation
**What your experience looks like**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering discipline (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural) or Architecture from an accredited program
- 10+ years of building and construction design or Project Management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Entertainment and / or Hospitality markets
- Must have the ability to develop strong working relationships with third party design consultants, contractors and vendors, interface and coordinate project performance with other disciplines, interpret and deliver client's vision, and proactively manage the design process and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
- Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications.
