**About the Role**:
Embedded within our Enterprise Risk Management team, you will be tasked with developing, structuring, resourcing and delivering a vision and strategy for enterprise risk. Through collaboration across the business, you will drive the utilization of risk evaluation approaches business-wide to identify and maintain business continuity and resilience.
Yours is a role to work alongside our senior leadership to ensure risks are proactively identified and that effective risk mitigation plans are developed, using a standardised approach and a common risk language, framework and taxonomy. As the internal thought leader for all things risk-related, your consultancy-style approach and support will be pivotal towards building a positive risk culture in the organisation, championing risk management and supporting decision-making processes.
Your mandate will be to improve the company’s risk capability at all levels across the organization, including positioning it within a broader governance and compliance framework. Central to this will be the ability to facilitate the development of the Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Plans, supporting business with identification of relevant risks and mitigation strategies.
**About You**:
Degree qualified, you will possess 10+ years of sound experience in enterprise risk management with demonstrated leadership credentials. Additionally, your academic profile includes risk management qualifications such as CRMA, CRCMP, CERM, PMI-RMP, RIMS-CRMP or COSO.
