The opportunity

Project: This is an opportunity to work with a large client in KSA who are developing various high-end communities throughout the Kingdom. Mace are working with the client to establish the EPMO to enable them to deliver industry-leading practice in regard to processes, procedures, and operational assurance.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Interfacing and presenting at senior levels within the client organization.
- Developing commercial processes and procedures covering the full commercial life-cycle from pre-tender estimates through to post-contract administration.
- Authoring of a commercial manual, with the identification and development of all subsidiary procedures, SPS, templates, forms, etc.
- Developing procedure implementation roadmaps, including the establishment of project KPIs and success measurement protocol.
- Managing the rollout of procedure, including driving the success of the mandate, and the identification, and removal of implementation roadblocks.
- Contributing to the design, development, and drafting of processes and procedures.
