**Your new role, what's involved?**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the planning, design, and execution phases of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors, to deliver high-quality results and meet project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure project compliance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges, implementing effective strategies to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Monitor and control project finances, including budget allocation, expenditure, and forecasting, to optimize resource utilization and project profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on achieving project goals.
- Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, implementing best practices and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery processes, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, tunnels, and bridges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices for infrastructure projects.
- Commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in project delivery.
