**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and appealing visual storytelling.
- Maintain and expand the company's brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Translate complex ideas into visually engaging and clear graphics.
- Review and proof designs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide input during brainstorming sessions and contribute creative solutions.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for approval.
- Adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring final graphics are appealing and on-brand.

**Graphic Designer Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
- Ability to take constructive criticism and iterate based on feedback.
