**Project Planning and Coordination**:
MEP Construction Manager

**Position Overview**: The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of MEP systems within construction projects. This role ensures that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet project specifications, budgets, and timelines while adhering to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop and review MEP designs and project plans.
- Coordinate the integration of MEP systems with other construction elements to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop project timelines and schedules for MEP-related activities.

**Construction Oversight**:

- Supervise the installation and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality control.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in MEP works, ensuring timely delivery and performance.

**Budget Management**:

- Prepare and manage budgets for MEP components of the project.
- Review and approve cost estimates, change orders, and invoices related to MEP works.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:

- Ensure all MEP installations meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems to verify functionality and performance.
- Resolve any technical issues or non-conformities during construction.

**Team Leadership and Communication**:

- Lead and manage MEP teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to project stakeholders.

**Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)**:

- Promote and enforce a culture of safety among MEP teams.
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of **10 years** of experience in MEP project management or construction management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (AutoCAD, BIM, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or similar are a plus.

Pay: ﷼7,777.00 - ﷼8,888.00 per month
