Fine Dining Restaurant, Waiter and Waitress

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and make recommendations to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders are correct and presented beautifully.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals.
- Prepare the dining area for the next service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Handle payments, process bills, and return change or receipts to guests.
- Stay up-to-date on menu items, ingredients, and allergens to answer guest questions accurately.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with grace.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and bills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
