**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and guide a team of waiters/waitresses, ensuring adherence to service standards, proper etiquette, and timely execution of tasks.
- Engage with guests warmly and professionally, addressing inquiries, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Assist with table assignments, ensuring efficient turnover and maximizing seating capacity during peak hours.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and wine pairings, to confidently answer guest questions and offer suggestions.
- Support new team members through training and ongoing mentorship, ensuring they understand service standards and procedures.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery of dishes and addressing any potential issues.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and mutual support among team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a Saudi national with experience in restaurant service
- Will be ready and available to start by Q4 2024
- Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and multitask, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Understanding of fine dining etiquette, wine and beverage pairings, and basic food safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
