**Job Title: Mechanical QC Inspector**

**Location**: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia - Aramco Pipelines Project Sites
**Department**: Quality Control / Construction
**Reporting To**: QC Manager / QA-QC Engineer

**Job Purpose**:
To ensure that all mechanical works on the project are carried out in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, approved ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and quality procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of mechanical activities including piping, welding, hydrotesting, valves, and equipment installation as per Aramco standards.
- Verify and ensure that materials used are Aramco approved and conform to project specifications.
- Monitor welder qualifications and ensure compliance with WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
- Inspect welds visually and coordinate NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) activities.
- Review and verify calibration certificates for tools and instruments.
- Participate in internal and external audits as per project QA/QC plans.
- Witness and document pressure tests, alignments, and pre-commissioning activities.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with client inspectors and consultants for joint inspections.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure all safety and environmental guidelines are followed during inspections.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical QC, with at least 2-3 years on Aramco projects.
- Aramco SAP/Approval as Mechanical QC Inspector is highly preferred.
- Certified in relevant standards: AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1/3.2, ASNT Level II in RT, UT, MT, PT.
- In-depth knowledge of Aramco standards (SAES, SAMSS, SATIP, SAIC).

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and project teams.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA/QC documentation tools.

Pay: ﷼1.00 - ﷼99.00 per month
