**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with Project Engineering/Planning Manager to ensure deliveries align with project schedule.
- Regularly conduct engineering review meetings with stakeholders and ensure schedule adherence.
- Review designs, calculations, and drawings submitted by contractors in coordination with customers.
- Capable of multitasking and delivering multiple tasks on time.
- Clarify design issues with interdisciplinary managers and resolve project elements.
- Review critical issues and procedural delays, provide support to the construction team, and manage a team of design engineers and draftspersons.
- Review vendor evaluations based on client technical requirements.

**Requirement**
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 8-12 years (preferred experience in tower design, foundation design, tower profiling).
- Knowledge of international standards like BS-EN, Eurocodes, American codes, and more.
- Proficiency in structural analysis using software like STAAD, SAP2000, ETABS.
- Experienced in RCC design engineering and able to review detailed drawings of foundations, especially for EHV transmission line towers.
- Manage design coordination across various project disciplines like electrical, mechanical, and construction.
