**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead all engineering and design activities across multiple disciplines for assigned projects, ensuring collaboration and synergy among team members.
- Review and approve discipline staffing plans, budget estimates, and resource schedules for each project.
- Maintain optimal staffing levels, including temporary personnel when necessary, and ensure alignment with project needs through regular staff forecasting.
- Monitor and oversee the quality and progress of design work across all disciplines, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to address and resolve any challenges related to staffing, work quality, schedule adherence, and productivity.
- Establish and implement standards, processes, and procedures to enhance discipline performance, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and comply with all relevant regulations and industry practices.
- Actively participate in and promote quality improvement initiatives within the department, potentially leading discipline-specific committees.Fulfill additional responsibilities relevant to the position as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, or related fields preferred).
- 20+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles in large-scale infrastructure projects, with a minimum of 5 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams for infrastructure projects, ideally in sectors like transportation, utilities, or urban development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of local and international engineering practices, standards, and regulations relevant to infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in engineering design software and BIM tools, with demonstrated ability to leverage technology to deliver efficient solutions.
