Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a passionate and talented Senior Manager - Architectural Design to lead our design initiatives for one of the most exciting projects in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural design processes, ensuring innovative solutions that align with the vision of Qiddiya as a premier entertainment and cultural destination. Your leadership will help shape the architectural landscape, ensuring designs are not only functional but also aesthetically engaging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the architectural design team, providing direction and support throughout the design process.
- Oversee the development of architectural designs from conceptualization to execution, maintaining alignment with project goals and strategic vision.
- Collaborate with other departments and external consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to articulate design vision and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Research and implement innovative architectural solutions that enhance user experience and meet market trends.
- Prepare and present design proposals and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of creativity and excellence within the architectural team, fostering professional development and innovation.
- Ensure effective project management practices are applied to meet timelines and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 9 - 12 years of relevant experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and managing complex architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design software, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively, while also being detail-oriented.
- Strong project management abilities with experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the Middle East region is an advantage, particularly within large-scale developments.
