WSP Middle East are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Manager (T&C Champion) for WSP’s Theme Park PMC projects in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Carrying out WSP’s commissioning approach and philosophy (international best practices) to on-going projects
- Supporting the Head of Commissioning with commissioning activities.
- Supporting the Sustainability team with sustainability activities
- Developing and utilizing the master commissioning document library for creation of project specific commissioning plans, method statements, and reports
- Performing quality control checks on document review, site inspection, and test reports generated by the Commissioning Engineers
- Verifying that abnormal conditions identified by the Commissioning Engineers are being resolved correctly and in a timely manner
- Assisting the Commissioning Engineers in the study and resolution of abnormal system conditions when necessary
- Managing assigned staff and miscellaneous resources, and to execute projects within established budgets
- Chairing Commissioning meetings and overseeing production and issuance of meeting minutes
- Participating in group training activities and to train assigned commissioning engineers in an on-going fashion

**We'd love to hear from you if you have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent Engineering
- Registered member of Professional Institution
- 20+ years design / construction / commissioning experience on large mixed-use development projects in the Middle East
- 10 years’ experience in a similar role in Project management, construction, or consultant companies in GCC
- PMC Project experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong and sound knowledge of MPE Management with fair knowledge in mechanical, electrical instrumentation
- Proven ability to perform key management and coordination role
- Sound knowledge of value engineering management
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
- Knowledge of current technology and its effective use on the project
- Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of design/construction
