We at **LEO International HR Consultancy** are seeking a **Mechanical Supervisor** for our Construction (Oil/ Gas) client in UAE. This is a well-known company for managing a diverse portfolio of sector leading brands, some of which have become household names, closed joint stock company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

**Job Summary**: As a Mechanical Supervisor in the construction industry, you will oversee and coordinate mechanical activities on construction sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that mechanical systems are installed, maintained, and repaired according to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems.
- Assign tasks to mechanical technicians and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that mechanical installations meet quality standards and comply with project specifications and relevant codes.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and performance of mechanical systems.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
- Conduct safety meetings and provide training to mechanical personnel on safe work practices.
- Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment needed for mechanical installations.
- Maintain inventory of materials and tools, and ensure that they are used efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues and conflicts that may arise during construction activities.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to address challenges and find effective solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of mechanical activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on project status, budget expenditures, and any issues encounter

**Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

**Experience**: 5 Years

**Salary**: 4300 - 6000 SAR, All Inclusive

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: ﷼4,300.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
