The Job Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Country Director, Corporate Development officer and KSA senior leadership team in managing and coordinating all business support, personal correspondence and assist in day to day running of the KSA head office. Further tasks in relation to guest services that includes reception desk attendance and to answer calls from internal and external customers

Key accountabilities Manage administrative events such as travelling arrangements, preparing itineraries, coordinating hiring activities for senior management, organizing meetings and group events Executive Team’s calendar management Manage general office administration SAP user - Site Purchasing Coordinator (Purchase Orders, Business Expenses, Petty Cash) Work in a fast active environment meeting deadlines required by the office Organising meetings with relevant attendees in line with the timetable including booking suitable rooms, equipment, etc. Preparing and distributing agendas Taking minutes, update trackers and circulates to stakeholders

Strong organizational skills. Teamwork. Good people skills.

Specific requirements
3 years minimum experience across administration, helpdesk or call centre A degree holder, minimum high school diploma of post-secondary education in a business, management administration or any related discipline; Advanced level user of MS Office tools, (especially Word, Excel, Visio); Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds and standing Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasive manner with staff at all levels in the organization Proven experience as a team member of a programme/project management office working Good knowledge of a multi-culture organization; know who the key personnel are (both external and internal) and able to understand the organisations’ aims and Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office systems and office administration Understanding of customer service requirements Fluent in English language is mandatory Must be a Saudi National Six Sigma certification is a preference (yellow belt/green belt/black belt.
