- Project Leadership:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end project management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for IT initiatives, considering change management requirements.
- Change Management:

- Design, implement, and manage effective change management strategies for IT projects.
- Assess the impact of changes on technology, processes, and personnel and develop mitigation plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and change management needs. Facilitate communication and engagement strategies to ensure successful change adoption.- Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to changes in IT projects. Implement robust risk management processes to address potential issues and ensure project success.- Resource Management:

- Allocate resources efficiently, considering both project and change management requirements. Ensure that project teams are adequately prepared and trained for changes introduced.- Quality Assurance:

- Establish and enforce project and change management standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. Conduct regular reviews to assess performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and change management documentation
- Provide regular reports on project status, change implementation progress, and key metrics.

SECTION IV: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Advanced degree or certifications e.g. PMP, ITIL
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a focus on IT projects and change management, preferably in the financial industry
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL principles and methods of Enterprise Architecture
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with change management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Language Skills
- English and Arabic are compulsory
- French is preferable
