**Responsibilities**
- Report quarterly data to LPs and present them on time
- Holding update calls with portfolio companies to stay updated with their performance and develop strong relationships with the founders
- Generate deal memos
- up with legal counsel (external and internal counsel) to ensure the fund is maintaining their rights and is continuing with the best interest of the fund
- Submit quarterly valuations to auditors and review financial statements and provide them to LPs on time
- Provide value add support to the portfolio companies
- Update LPs with fund performance
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Background in finance, business, or similar fields.
- Minimum of 3-4 years work experience in a relevant field such as venture capital, private equity, investment banking, investment firms, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to details and highly diligent with numbers
**Physical Requirements**
- Flexibility to travel within the MENA region to meet portfolio companies in person and attend relevant events.
