**Fabricator: 2 Nos.**

We are searching for a reliable, deadline-driven Structural-Piping Fabricator-2 nos. to join our team of skilled professionals.

**As a structural-piping fabricator qualification and responsibilities**:

- Minimum five years of worked experience as a fabricator.
- Reading and interpreting engineering isometric drawing and P&IDs.
- Constructing base templates if necessary.
- Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines as per drawing requirements. Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses
- Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
- Should have good knowledge and experience of beveling of pipes/plates, fit-up work, Layout marking, Gas cutting, gouging, Plasma cutting, drilling, as per drawing to do trail assembly of fabricated items.
- Fabricator should have good experience and knowledge in pipe spool fabrication, pipe support, pipe rack’s, skid /structural frame /duct fabrication.
- Fabricator should have good experience and knowledge in fabrication of tanks ,pressure vessels
- Fabricating and constructing metal components.
- Grinding, edge preparation and finishing completed products.
- Performing quality checks on completed products.
- Preparing job-daily reports. You may also be required to set up fabricating machines and design custom templates.
- Should have advanced knowledge of industrial metalwork, a good eye for detail, and excellent mathematical skills.
- Fabricator familiar in setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears.
- Conforming to state and company safety regulations.
- Fabricator should able to handle group of team and lead them
- Liaising with the in-charge or supervisor, reporting any issues, and making suggestions for improvement.
- Operating overhead cranes, forklift and other machinery to transport materials to fabricating worksites. Working on a construction site or in a Fabrication shop
- Cleaning tools, equipment and work areas in daily basis.
- Should have good behavior and hard worker.
