**Job Description**:
We are seeking a seasoned Healthtech Business Development Manager adept at generating new business in the healthcare space. The Healthtech Solutions Business Development Representative is responsible for Developing healthcare portfolio for the healthcare accounts, inclusive of hospitals, health systems, governments, and other healthtech companies. The Representative should manage client expectations and requirements while working to generate new clients from existing verticals by building out a robust pipeline. He/She should be familiar with the healthcare IT space, familiar with selling healthcare technologies into large-scale healthcare environments at a senior level (CXO, VP, President, etc). Experience dealing with contract negotiation, delivery timelines, cross-team collaboration, and large-scale implementations a plus. He/She must work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to manage leads from start to completion, working with internal technical and support teams to onboard and maintain clients going forward. The role involves developing new clients for our health technologies portfolio. Job Responsibilities:
- Hunter mentality, acting with a focus on driving new revenue
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations, deliver pricing quotes, overcome objections, negotiate deals and successfully onboard new clients
- Work closely with technical, development, and clinical teams to understand the product and its value to our customers
- Flexibility to handle clientele and prospects from international time zones and understand regional needs
- Attend tradeshows to develop new leads and provide technical presentations to prospects
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years demonstrated successful experience in a healthcare or healthcare IT business development role.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including medical professionals, software engineers, network engineers, and more to solidify deliverables and expectations for new clients
- Familiarity with HL7 standards, prior experience with healthcare technology integrations a plus
- Experience building sales pipelines via prospecting and converting leads Compensation:
