**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all structural engineering aspects of high-rise residential and hospitality projects from concept through to construction.
- Develop and implement strategic structural solutions aligned with project goals, sustainability objectives, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, architects, MEP engineers, and external consultants to ensure fully integrated design solutions.
- Review and approve structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and supervision throughout the construction phase, ensuring structural integrity, quality control, and adherence to design intent.
- Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments to optimize project performance.
- Lead risk assessments related to structural design and construction activities.
- Support project planning, tendering, and contractor evaluation from a structural perspective.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; Master’s degree or chartered status preferred.
- Minimum **15 years of structural engineering experience**, with a strong focus on **high-rise hospitality and residential developments** (10+ floors).
- Proven expertise in structural systems, seismic design, foundation engineering, and construction methods for tall buildings.
- GCC or international project experience on large-scale developments is highly desirable.
- Strong familiarity with international building codes, local regulations, and authority approval processes.
- Proficient in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD) and BIM workflows.

Pay: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
