**Role Overview**:
As a **Business Development Associate**, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our services. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Present and promote company services effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in business development within financial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Middle East market is a plus.
- **Fluency in English; Hindi, or Arabic is an advantage.**
