This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Sales Engineer having at least 3-4 years experience located in Dammam. - Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of electrical switchgear, control panels, power quality products, disconnect/isolator switches, industrial plugs and sockets, sockets and switches, wiring accessories, electrical meters, and various other electrical building materials.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide technical support.
- Prepare and present product quotes, proposals, and technical specifications to customers.
- Prepare and present technical presentations to customers to explain how the products and services work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and logistics, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
- Develop and deliver product training to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Develop, negotiate, and close sales deals to meet or exceed the given sales targets.
- Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and analytics.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
- Develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction through feedback and data analysis.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record of generating business in Electrical field.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Arabian market.
- Sales Engineering and Sales skills
- Technical Support and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers
- Experience in electrical industry sales
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
