Role Purpose To develop and retain people to deliver outstanding QSC, build sales and control costs to deliver optimum business results for the restaurant.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES**

30% **Sales & Profit ** Create and evaluate short and long-term
Management restaurant objectives, action plans and results for QSC, Sales, Profit, and People
Development
- Responsible for controlling P&L Line Items
- Carry-out monthly P&L projections and reconciliation of P&L and determine restaurant's profit opportunities with the assistance of the restaurant management
40% **Restaurant ** Organize restaurant's monthly activities
Operations calendar to achieve restaurant objectives and
Management ensure consistent operations
- Deliver excellent quality, service and management without supervision
- The implementation of restaurant promotions
- Gather customer’s feedback and judge patterns and trends; initiate specific actions to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure that bottom line profit is appropriate for the restaurant's sales level and follow-up continuously on procedures that support sales
- building promotions during the shifts
- Respond to changes in volume patterns and promotional activities by planning and making adjustments as needed to ensure operational standards are maintained
- Ensure all assigned daily, weekly, and monthly equipment Maintenance & calibrations are completed (Internally & Outsource)
- Execute restaurant's retention plan (e.g., enthusiasm calendar, communication sessions, etc.)

- Conduct team meetings, crew opinion surveys, and communication sessions
- Execute crew/manager incentives and enthusiasm calendar activities.
- Ensure timely processing of administration
(Health Cards, Store License, IqamaRenewal, Etc.
- Ensure/Calculate the restaurant's Build-To's, and order food, paper and operating supplies
- Ensure that the employee welfare requirements are met (Housing, Medical, Transportation etc.,)
20% **Reporting and Control ** Control and verify labor, waste, cash while managing shifts including costs of day-to-day shift management, assigned daily paperwork, inventories, cash sheets, drawer counts, and deposits
- Manage allocated annual restaurant budget by controlling expenditures, cost reduction initiatives and reporting variances in actual versus budgeted, to ensure effective cost management practices
10% **People Management ** Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow inside the restaurant
- Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary
- Provide guidance and leadership to all restaurant staff to achieve targeted goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective talent management practice i.e. attracting, developing, rewarding and retaining high performance individuals by efficiently implementing Performance Review.
