**We will count on you to**:

- Learn and adapt Mercer methodologies as part of client project delivery.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Present complex HR concepts and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on the project.
- Support on office-wide initiatives for continuous improvement.

**What you need to have**:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a consultant, preferably within consulting firms.
- Knowledge in areas relevant to Mercer's Career Line of Business such as Organization Design, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Strategy & HR Operating Model, Talent Management Frameworks and Total Rewards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is essential.
