**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Conduct personal interviews and develop competency-based interview models.
- ** Offer Preparation and Negotiation**:

- ** Process Coordination and Feedback**:

- ** Onboarding Coordination**:

- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
- ** Recruitment System Implementation (SAP)**:

- Implement recruitment processes in the SAP system to improve efficiency.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and analyze hiring data.
- ** Internal Transfers and Promotions**:

- Manage internal transfers and promotions (e.g., rotation, replacement, and position changes).
- ** Recruitment Reporting and Analysis**:

- Analyze hiring data and prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies and processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:

- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with SAP recruitment modules or similar HR systems.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
- Analytical skills to track and report recruitment metrics.
- ** Certifications (preferred)**:

- HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
