As a multibillion-dollar project, it will encompass vast infrastructure development, hospitality, retail and service sectors, which requires effective and large scale management of supplier relationships and supply chain risks.

The Senior Associate - SRM will support the implementation of the org’s SRM agenda. This comprises onboarding suppliers, ensuring complete and up-to-date documentation, acting as the org’s point-of-contact to the suppliers, providing internal stakeholders with intelligence available on registered suppliers, and tracking supplier performance metrics across all projects within the org.

**1. Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Support suppliers in onboarding onto the organization's SRM platform, collecting and systematically storing required documents.
- Support communications with suppliers, sharing relevant resources, providing guidance on using the SRM platform, and ensuring they update their documents and contact information regularly.
- Conduct data analyses to recommend suitable interaction models for each supplier, according to the size and nature of their partnership with the org.
- Store supplier information for the org and provide business teams with supplier information as required.

**2. Supplier Performance Metrics Oversight**:

- Conduct performance analyses to track supplier performance against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs), such as quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
- Support generation of supplier performance reports to assess trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Support regular performance reviews and audits to ensure compliance with contracts and agreed standards.

**3. Team Management, Learning & Development**
- Oversee and support junior team members, ensuring professional growth through mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the SRM & SCR Team.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management & Supply Chain roles, ideally in large-scale projects such as construction, real estate, or urban development.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM)
- Experience with KSA regulatory requirements and familiarity with Vision 2030 goals is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address risks effectively.
- Proven track record of working in cross-collaborative environments.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic highly desirable.
- Understanding of the local cultural and business landscape in Saudi Arabia through work experience in the region preferred.
