As an Associate Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our computer network systems, ensuring its stability, and optimizing performance. You will work closely with the IT team in implementing new technologies, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and ensuring the network meets the needs of our business requirements.

**Position Summary/Objective**:

- Associate Network Administrator who maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network
- Associate Network Administrator work with other staff to determine and implement specific IT network technical needs and priorities of the organization
- Overseeing network related IT Support departments and activities of IT Support Engineers
- Responsible for maintaining availability and security of IT services to ensure that the organization's IT infrastructure is as efficient and productive as possible

**Duties/Core Responsibilities**:

- Maintain/amendments in cisco routers & switches configuration
- Able to work without supervision includes troubleshooting network cable and crimping level
- Maintain/amendments in Forcepoint & Fortinet firewall's
- Managing and maintaining organization IT infrastructure and monitor the performance and availability of IT services
- Identify and execute upgrade of IT infrastructure when needed
- Overseeing of network and IT services security
- Develop and implement the security policies related to all the area of network and information to mitigate the chances of data loss ad data theft
- Work with senior managers and other department heads to identify the requirement, plan and execute network infrastructure requirement
- Ensure network security and connectivity Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
- Manage the daily operation of IT Support and Network department, provides technical expertise to staff supervised, and resolves problems escalated to the Manager level
- Able to support by reaching the sites physically as per management requirements
- Directs, motivates and develops Junior staff; maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with colleagues as a team
- Research trend, products, equipment’s, test etc... for recommending the procedure and purchases
- Research, develop and enhance the procedure and policies related to Information Technologies such as IT and Information Security, Information Security Incident Management etc..

**Organizational Responsibilities**:

- Share expertise throughout the organization
- Escalate the any network security breaches to Sr. IT Manager immediately

**Coordinating Responsibilities**:

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and procedure manuals
- Be able to work under pressure and react to changing user requirements

**Requirements**:
**Education and Training**:Bachelor degree in Computer with Cisco Training or certifications.

**Experience**:1+ years’ experience

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Self‐motivated, team player, action and result oriented
- Knowledge about all brands of switches/routers, firewalls, Cisco telephony knowledge
- Well organized, good communication

**Other Requirements**
- Ability to work on WAN optimization solution under limited supervision
- Ability to successfully work under tight schedule
- Ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences from senior management end-users to peer technology specialists to internal clients and customers
