Marketing Specialist for Middle-east Region

We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, motivated, well organized and creative _**_Marketing Specialist_**_ to join our global marketing team. You will be responsible for social media strategy, event planning and _**_overall_**_ marketing activities in our office in Dubai while cooperating with the HQ team in Prague. Join us in building BTL brand awareness and_**_ growth_**_ in the Middle-East region._

**What you´ll be doing with us**:
Strategic planning and communication - crafting good internal and external communication, cooperating with the sales team, key customers and partners. You will be building good relationship with KOLs, developing plans to support our core products and brand awareness across the Middle East region, communicate with HQ, share information and success stories
Budget management and evaluation - short-term and long-term activities planning, evaluation in cooperation with the sales team (CRM Odoo), monitor and analyze campaign KPIs, performance
Being responsible for lead generation and supporting the sales team in turning those leads into sales.
Social media management - You will develop and implement social media strategy, create content (in cooperation with the sales team, customers), schedule and monitor, manage the community (primarily IG)
Organize B2B marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotional events, webinars and advertising/communication campaigns
Monitor the market and competition, evaluate trends and share with the HQ team
Global alignment - coordinate with the HQ marketing team to create best brand awareness and lead generation campaigns, setting the criteria to test the effectiveness of such campaigns along with plans to improve, localizing content while following our brand guidelines
Marketing materials - You will collaborate with our team full of great graphic designers

**What we expect from you**:
Ideally a university degree in marketing related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the medical/pharma or beauty/aesthetics clinics industry
Previous experience with Middle-East region is huge advantage
Perfect knowledge of English (Arabic is a great asset)
Working in an international environment across different countries is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results
Willingness to relocate or currently living in Dubai
Driving license
