**Job Description**:
As a Safety Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe and secure work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Identify and assess hazards, risks, and control measures:

- Analyze specific operations or processes to identify potential risks.
- Document and assess hazards and controls according to established procedures.

Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials:

- Oversee proper procedures for handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials.

Provide regular training:

- Conduct training sessions on safety protocols and procedures.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies:

- Monitor and enforce adherence to established policies.

Investigate workplace accidents and injuries:

- Conduct thorough investigations and liaise with the appropriate authorities.

Compile safety programs:

- Develop and maintain safety programs to enhance workplace safety.

Implement and maintain health and safety standards:

- Ensure the consistent implementation and maintenance of health and safety standards.

Regularly inspect equipment:

- Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify potential safety hazards.

Writing extensive reports:

- Prepare detailed reports on safety concerns, incidents, and accidents.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of relevant industrial experience (Transportation Industry)
- Relevant certifications in health and safety

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ﷼4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
