**Objectives of this Role**:

- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide commercial advantage in a global marketplace
- Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
- Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that’s always up and running
- Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day security administration
- Responsible for updating and maintaining security databases (e.g. Access Control System, personnel security documentation)
- Responsible for key and badge management
- Responsible for biometric enrolment
- Responsible for checking and responding to requests for access
- Supports the Head of Security in creating, updating and maintaining security policies, procedures and processes
- Supports the Head of Security in preparing and holding awareness trainings for GDSACT employees
- Any other duty as directed by the Security Manager

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Business Administration or a related area
- 2 years of related experience in an industrial environment
- Advanced military or law enforcement experience a plus
- Good English skills a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work carefully
- A current Certificate of Good Conduct with no entries
