Requirements for Business Development Manager for Fitout / Joinery / Construction
- Source and develop new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative and with the support and direction of the management. To plan and to prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- To achieve sales target, within stipulated norms, from potential end-user clients through cold calls & well-orchestrated prior appointments.
- To co-ordinate with estimation & design team in order to choose the best solution as per clients need and provide the best price proposal to your enquires..
- Identifying and selling commercial interiors and design solutions to existing and new clients as well and to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
- Having a good track records and good relation with contractors, clients & consultants.
- To co-ordinate with team and to ensure timely delivery enhancing customer delight and developing high level of customer satisfaction
- To periodically submit activities/enquirers through Reporting Format to the reporting heads.
- Male or Female
- Arabic/English Speaker
- Driving License
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience on Sales executive field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
