**Job Context**:The Events Manager entails oversees the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional attendee experiences. Manages logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site coordination to achieve event objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Plan, organize, and execute various events from start to finish.
- Manage event logistics, including budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Oversee on-site event operations, including set-up, staffing, and attendee management.
- Evaluate event success and provide post-event analysis and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event execution.
- Lead and motivate event staff to achieve objectives and deliver high-quality experiences.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or related field.
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event logistics.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and other event partners.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee event staff and volunteers.
- Creativity in developing event themes, programs, and experiences.
