The Role

You will be the Responsible Business lead for the Mace Consult MEA Hub (Middle East and Africa), to be based in Riyadh (KSA) or Dubai (UAE).

This is a leadership role across several exciting and fast-growing Business Advisory consultancy services, markets and sectors, working with ambitious and outcomes focussed global clients and colleagues to deliver purpose-led impacts.

You will be accountable for:

- Leading the Responsible Business Practice Group in the Mace Consult MEA Hub, reporting into the Global Head of Responsible Business
- Driving service excellence and client satisfaction, delivering purpose-led and measurable outcomes for clients, with particular focus on decarbonization and climate change, climate resilience, social value, and biodiversity
- Work winning and managing sustainable growth with clients across property and infrastructure projects and programmes
- Scaling up a regional Responsible Business team of industry experts, with reach back to collaborate with a global team of 160+ sustainability and social value colleagues
- Oversight and awareness of the financial performance of Responsible Business services in the Hub, ensuring commercial performance is in line with revenue, margin and utilization targets
- Enhancing the Hub’s Responsible Business consultancy service offer and identifying and bringing new service offers and products to market
- Working collaboratively with the Mace Project Management, Project Controls and Commercial Management Centres of Excellence to integrate responsible business outcomes across the Mace Consult business
- Representing the company and clients in a public forum, attending internal and external events to represent and raise the profile of Mace and Responsible Business services
- Championing the Hub’s contribution to the delivery of the Mace 2026 business strategy priorities and corporate targets, in particular our Pursuit of a Sustainable World to maximize our carbon handprint and help our clients save 1 million tonnes of carbon emissions, generate $900m of social value, and creating 500ha of biodiversity gain
