**Job summary**:
You will be responsible for overseeing all activities in the "Riyadh Hub" to make sure the objectives are being met and ensure the hub runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.

**What will you do?**
- Responsible for the Hub infrastructure.
- Responsible for the financial management in the hub and managing the cash flow.
- Carry out the company principle and achieve any other duties which fall within the broad spirit, scope and purpose of this job description.
- Ensure that the achievement and records are consistently kept across the Hub daily workflow.
- Monitoring the stars and the hub members salaries, bounce and deductions.
- Responsible for monitoring the collected CODs amounts for the delivered packages from the stars and assure that the payment has been settled accurately.
- Ensure the smooth running and organization of a Hub operational flow process through effective line management to guarantee distributing and dispatching the packages with the proper timing with the stars.
- Maintain the highest standard of the operation procedures in all hub to meet the agreed SLA in the shipment's life cycle ( 3 Attempt deliveries out of 10 calendar days).
- Ensure all shipments are dispatched to the customers efficiently within 24 hours of being received at the hubs.( NDA).
- Applies the SLA of canceled shipments to be held 48 hours at the hub before being forwarded to the sorting facility team.
- Follow up the “Freshdesk” and ensure resolving the assigned tickets within the agreed SLA on a daily basis.
- Following up on the hub members and Coaching them to improve and to recognize and achieve their capacities.
- Be an effective role model to other staff members in the hub.
- Create a collaborative relationship with all Hub staff and provide advice and guidance as necessary for the Hub members.

**Who are you?**
- Minimum of 3 years in hub and warehousing operations, preferably in the shipping field.
- Very good English Level.
- Must have experience in leading and supervising teams.
- High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree.
- Decision Making and problem solving skills.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Time Management and multitasking.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
- Proactive, with attitude and good judgment.
- Focused and professional attitude.

**Salary**: ﷼7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- hub and warehousing operations: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
