Joy is a leading company in the Recreational Facilities and Services industry, dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for our customers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an HR professional. As a part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
- Act as a resource for employees by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the recreational facilities and services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
