Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, specifically in the field of Cyber Security. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber security roles and the ability to identify and attract highly skilled professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish job ads on various platforms, including niche cyber security job boards.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical leads to schedule interviews.
- Update interview feedback on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage employee referrals and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly Talent Acquisition (TA) reports.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and guide the decision-making process.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and incorporate that knowledge into talent searches.
- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
- Conduct background checks and reference checks as required.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in Cyber Security hiring.
- Strong understanding of cyber security roles and skills.
- Certifications in Cyber Security (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are a plus.
- Experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, video, in-person).
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
