**JOB PURPOSE**

Overall responsibility of maintenance activities of All Major Outage field execution. Supporting planners on strategies plans of all field outage activities. Ensure the implementation of all engineering standards, procedures during the outages and ensure safe execution. Ensure the plan meet and under control and plan for any recovery plan on any delay tasks which supporting the planners. Ensure the resources and service identified part of strategies plan of each tasks Lead the communication on MM scope requirement with all stakeholders.

**KEY ACOUNTABILITIES**
- Employee will be the first point of contact by major maintenance team in terms of technical clarification, planning phase and execution progress for all system outages.
- Review complete execution plan from planner and contractor for challenge and approval for assigned vendor and report back to major maintenance planning for progress on site.
- Provide Maintenance and engineering instructions to executing vendor if needed. He will support planners and supervisor to overcome any issues.
- Ensure the tasks follow the approved plan and highlighted any concerns on time with action plan.
- Adhere to applicable SHEM standards. Any SHE Violations or observations are to be reviewed and addressed by him for day-to-day purpose. During shutdowns, this activity will be shared with others.
- Responsible for timely completion of major maintenance activity. Any delay, he will explain or justification given. A repetitive delay will be considered a serious offence on his part. To avoid such problems, during Emergency Shutdowns, workloads will be shared depending on volume
- Control the cost of all major maintenance activities as per the budget. This includes OT, Spares & Consumables costs.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Should have University Engineering Degree
- Eight to ten years various practical and planning experience in project or turnaround.
- Functional, Technical and basic knowledge in centralized integrated computer system like SAP
- Primavera 6 knowledge and utilization.
