**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruiting or HR department
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals
