**Head of IT Enterprise Operations**

**Your tasks**:

- Improve constantly IT Services provided to the Enterprise users
- Support business growth with IT infrastructure improvement and expansion projects
- Ensure uninterruptible operating of the company sites and premises
- Manage the IT suppliers and ensure reliable and effective services procurement and delivery
- Lead the team of engineers providing on-site support and infrastructure maintenance
- Work of the consumption and cost optimization.
- Explore, propose, and deliver new solutions for productivity and collaboration

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure/Operations role
- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networking, and security
- Experience with regulatory compliance and information security requirements.
- Vast tendering and suppliers management experience
- Budget development and management experience

**You will also need**:

- Solid project management skills, with experience overseeing large-scale projects
- Exposure to ITIL concepts and adoption
- Strong customer orientation approach with a delivery bias
- Fluent in English***
